Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 business days from the date we receive the item back.
Refunds will be issued in full to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and remain unused. Products returned in damaged or non-original condition may not qualify for a refund.
Every order is carefully inspected before shipment. If your item arrives defective or does not meet acceptable quality standards, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days and include photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a full refund or send a replacement item.
